At KESTIN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
